About Babassu Oil
Babassu Oil is cold pressed from Babassu Palm kernels. Babassu oil is considered a less greasy, more silky feeling replacement for coconut oil with more oleic and linoleic acid.
One study showed that incorporating Babassu Oil at 7% to 10% in an oil-in-water lotion was the most effective level at reducing transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and increasing moisturization in human subjects.
This lip balm contains 20% babassu oil.

First of all, I love the shade of this lip tint. Secondly, I love the texture of this balm and how smoothly it glides on my lips! It's highly pigmented and moisturizing at the same time, which I always look for in tinted lip balms. Whenever I don't feel like wearing bold make up, I'd just wear this tint for that subtle and "natural look" that still makes your face look vitalized without much effort. This has easily become one of my makeup essentials! Thank you so much for this lovely item ❤️

Cute color, cuter packaging. I'll be honest- I got this for the cute black cat lipstick tube. The color looking nice on me was a pleasant surprise! I will say, this isn't a very moisturizing formula, so don't expect it to be like chapstick! I have to do a lot of dabbing when applying it. It apparently had enough friction against my bare lip before that the lipstick broke at the base of the tube and now falls out when I open it. Oops. The product doesn't stay put very well (it smudges and transfers onto cups, etc) but the product didn't mention being a lip stain or long wear formula so I'm not surprised or upset- Just letting anyone reading know what to realistically expect!

Wore this tonight for the first time. It has a beautiful tint and very moisturizing. It leaves a nice stain as it wears off. I am impressed with the quality and the fast shipping!
